A hodge-podge of vendors, services, and applications provided monitoring, patching, anti-virus, etc. It was time-consuming to ensure our server farm was monitored and updated to our satisfaction. We wanted a way to handle these server issues efficiently and effectively, freeing our IT staff for more urgent and demanding IT support.
