After repeated server crashes and frustration with our unresponsive and unreliable IT provider, we wanted an IT firm we could count on. One who would give us 24/7 network monitoring, reliable server and network support, and a better backup solution, as well as cost-effective priority service whenever we call. A VentureNet client had many good things to say about them, so we decided to give them a try.

VentureNet gives us all the things we were looking for. Our old, problematic server now hums along without crashing. And when we decided to replace that server, VentureNet provided valuable consulting on which server would work best for our network. They installed an HP server for us that has worked great.

We have few network issues now, but when we do have anything that needs attention, VentureNet’s staff is always on the ball, fixing any issue quickly and to our satisfaction. And because they monitor our network 24/7, they are often aware of an issue and working on a solution before we contact them.

As a small business, we were concerned that we might receive less attention or be a lower priority for an IT provider with larger clients. VentureNet always responds quickly to our needs and we feel like their top priority. Cost-control is also very important to us. VentureNet does an excellent job of providing outstanding cost-effective technical support.

VentureNet also handles our data backup solution and our telecom needs. We really like having one source for all our IT needs.  Before we were frustrated by our technical providers blaming each other when things didn’t work correctly or integrate as they should. Now, we make one call to VentureNet and all our IT needs get handled – no excuses.
